What Items Can You Unlock in Ball Knowledge?
Every match earns coins toward chairs, thrones, and answer effects. This Ball Knowledge items guide breaks down those unlocks alongside the Robux passes so you can plan your spending. Answer rarity determines your round score, while coins give you another reward to work toward between wins.
The coin unlocks cover three groups:
- Chairs: Unlock different seating options for your table.
- Thrones: Spend match coins on a throne.
- Answer effects: Unlock effects for your answers.
Play matches to earn the currency for these items. You can also claim a free daily reward, so make that part of your routine when you join Ball Knowledge on Roblox.
Game Pass Prices and Benefits
Four game passes cover category changes, name customization, and increased coin earnings.

| Game Pass | Price |
|---|---|
| Change Category | 249 Robux |
| Rainbow Name | 99 Robux |
| 2x Coins | 149 Robux |
| VIP | 199 Robux |
Rainbow Name gives the name above your character a rainbow appearance. VIP includes a VIP tag above your name, a golden nameplate, and 1.5x coins from every match.
2x Coins doubles the coins earned from every match and stacks with VIP. Compare that earning bonus with VIP’s combination of name styling and increased coins before choosing a purchase.
Change Category is the category-changing option. Keep its 249 Robux price separate from the coin costs of chairs, thrones, and answer effects when planning your purchases.
Play Matches to Build Your Coin Balance
To start earning match coins, walk up to a table and sit down. Each match runs for 7 rounds, with everyone answering the same prompt each round. The highest total score wins.
Choose from these table formats:
- 1v1 duels
- 3-player battles
- 4-player tables
- 8-player tables on the main stage
The question pool contains 135+ questions covering animals, food, countries, sports, science, music, and video games, among other subjects. Individual prompts can narrow those subjects to chemical elements, musical instruments, card games, types of cheese, Disney movies, or pasta shapes.
Use the Noob practice tables when you want to learn the answer system before challenging other players.
There is no speed bonus, so use your thinking time to find an answer that fits the prompt precisely. For a question asking for a type of art, think of an art form rather than the title of a painting. Small spelling mistakes are allowed, but the answer still needs to match the question.
Submit one answer for each prompt. Everyone’s answers are revealed together, with the reveal progressing from Common toward Legendary. Use that reveal to compare the answers at your table and see how their rarity affects the points awarded.
Rarity makes a substantial difference: the pet example awards 10 points for Dog and 90 points for Fennec Fox, while Legendary answers reach 100 points. Think beyond your first obvious answer, then check that your alternative belongs in the requested category before submitting it.
Read the qualifiers before choosing an answer. A car question asks for a specific model rather than just a brand. A tree question requests real species or groups, while a bird question asks for a real bird. For a perfect-square prompt, work from a whole number multiplied by itself; four fits that definition.
The cooking prompt covers kitchen tools, utensils, and appliances. Think within those groups rather than limiting yourself to food names. The beach prompt is broader: it includes natural features, animals, beach items, and activities. Use the full scope of the question when searching for an alternative to your first thought.
Matches also feed into competition beyond the table. The leaderboards track Top Wins, Top Streaks, and Best Score, giving you separate records to pursue alongside your coin unlocks. The game also has these badges, with their award totals:
- First Win: Awarded 199,841 times.
- Legendary Find: Awarded 66,486 times.
- Ten Wins: Awarded 14,580 times.
